Getting started
What problems does Infomatics solve? We help organizations design, implement, and maintain management systems that win customer trust and pass audits—ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301, 22000, 17025, 50001, 42001 (AI) and integrated systems (IMS) and a wide range of other standards.
How do we start? Book a brief discovery call. We confirm scope, sites, and timelines, then send a fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, schedule, and pricing.
Where do you operate? Kuwait-based, GCC-wide. We deliver in English and Arabic, onsite or remote.
Services & approach
Are you a certification body? No. We are a consultancy. We prepare you for certification and coordinate with accredited certification bodies.
What services do you provide? Gap assessment, system design and documentation, implementation coaching, internal audits, awareness and auditor training, mock audits, certification support, and post-certification maintenance, different levels of training from Awareness to implementation and internal-external audits
Do you offer training? Yes—awareness, implementer, and internal-auditor courses tailored to your processes. We also provide wide range of training courses for different levels as in Sales , motivational theories , HR competency…etc
Do you work with integrated systems (IMS)? Yes. We combine standards (e.g., ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001) to reduce duplication and simplify governance. And similar with many other different standards.
Will you be present during external audits? If desired, yes. We brief teams, prepare evidence, and support you during Stage 1/Stage 2 and surveillance audits.

Outcomes, timelines, and cost
How long does certification take? Most projects complete in 3–6 months, depending on scope, complexity, and readiness. Smaller scopes can move faster.
How do you price? Transparent, fixed-scope fees based on employees, sites, standards, and support level. Your proposal will include milestones and payment stages.
Do you guarantee certification? Certification decisions are made by the certification body. Our role is to design a conforming, effective system and ensure your team is audit-ready. Our clients’ pass rate is consistently high.
What changes inside our organization
Will we have to rebuild our processes? No. We work with how you operate today. Where controls are missing or weak, we add lean, risk-based practices rather than paperwork.
What will you need from us? A project sponsor, process owners for interviews and sign-offs, access to existing procedures and records, and timely participation in workshops and training.
Do you provide templates and tools? Yes—policy and procedure templates, risk/opportunity registers, audit checklists, training decks, and readiness trackers. We tailor them to your context.
Can we use digital tools (AI/automation)? Where technology improves control and performance, we recommend it—e.g., risk logs, CAPA tracking, audit scheduling, document control. ISO 9001 does not mandate specific tools.
Scope & standards Which standards do you support?
· Quality: ISO 9001
· Environment: ISO 14001
· OH&S: ISO 45001
· Information Security: ISO/IEC 27001
· Business Continuity: ISO 22301
· Food Safety: ISO 22000
· Testing/Calibration: ISO/IEC 17025
· Energy Management: ISO 50001
· AI Management: ISO 42001
· Integrated systems (IMS): combinations of the above
· ISO 20000 ITSM
· ISO 20400
· And a wide range of standards.
Multi-site and supplier coverage? Yes. We design controls for multi-site operations and supplier/outsourcing oversight (e.g., 8.4 in ISO 9001).
Audits & evidence
What does “audit-ready” look like? Defined processes, trained people, controlled documents/records, evidence of monitoring and reviews, and corrective actions that close the loop.
Do you conduct internal audits? Yes. We can run internal audits as a service or coach your internal auditors, including checklists aligned to your risks and objectives.
What changes with ISO 9001:2026? Clearer expectations around leadership and culture, a distinct treatment of risks vs. opportunities, an explicit check on climate relevance in context/stakeholders (act if material), and expanded Annex guidance to keep systems lean. We build these into your plan.
After certification
Do you support surveillance audits and maintenance? Yes. We offer quarterly or semi-annual health checks, corrective-action follow-up, refresher training, and change-management support.
How do you help us improve, not just comply? We track trends, benefits, and lessons learned in management review so you can prioritize improvements with measurable outcomes.
Quality, confidentiality, and compliance
How do you protect our information? We operate under NDA, use controlled document repositories, and follow need-to-know access principles. For sensitive work we align with ISO/IEC 27001 practices.
Which certification bodies do you work with? We coordinate with reputable, accredited certification bodies (e.g., UKAS/IAS-accredited and equivalent GCC accreditations). The selection is always yours.
Practicalities
Onsite vs. remote? Both. We plan a blended approach that reduces disruption and preserves auditability.
Do you support Arabic deliverables? Yes—bilingual templates, training, and briefings (EN/AR).
What if we already have documents? We keep what works and retire what doesn’t. The goal is a system people actually use.
