1. Getting Started
What problems does Infomatics solve?
We help organisations design, implement and maintain management systems that build customer trust and successfully pass certification audits — including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 50001, ISO 42001 (AI) and other integrated systems.
How do we start the process?
We begin with a short discovery call to confirm your scope (standards, sites, languages), then provide a fixed-scope proposal that outlines deliverables, schedule and pricing.
Where do you operate?
Based in Kuwait, we serve clients across the GCC region. Our services are available in English and Arabic, and we deliver either onsite or remotely depending on your preference and situation.
2. Our Services & Approach
Are you a certification body?
No — we are a consultancy. We don’t issue certificates ourselves; instead we prepare you for certification and coordinate with accredited certification bodies on your behalf.
What services do you provide?
Our services cover: gap assessment, system design and documentation, implementation coaching, internal-audit support, awareness and auditor training, mock audits, certification-audit support, and post-certification maintenance.
Do you offer training?
Yes — we provide courses ranging from awareness to implementer to internal-auditor levels, tailored to your organisation’s processes. In addition, we offer training in other areas such as sales, motivational theories and HR competency.
Do you work with integrated management systems (IMS)?
Yes — we combine standards (e.g., ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + ISO 45001) to reduce duplication and simplify governance. We apply the same approach when integrating other standards while keeping your management system lean.
Will you support us during the external audit?
Yes — if desired, we will brief your team, prepare evidence and documents, and support you during Stage-1/Stage-2 and surveillance audits.
3. Timelines, Outcomes & Cost
How long does certification take?
Typically, most projects are completed within 3 to 6 months — depending on scope, number of sites, standards involved and your current level of readiness. Smaller scopes may move faster.
How do you price your services?
We use transparent, fixed-scope fees based on the number of employees, number of sites, selected standards and level of support required. Your proposal will include clear milestones and payment stages.
Do you guarantee certification?
No — certification decisions are made by the certification body. Our role is to design an effective, conforming management system and ensure your team is ready for the audit. Our clients maintain a consistently high pass rate.
4. Scope, Standards & Implementation
Will we have to rebuild our processes?
Not necessarily. We work with how you currently operate, and only add or enhance controls where they are missing or weak. Our approach emphasizes lean, risk-based practices, not unnecessary paperwork.
Which standards do you support?
• Quality: ISO 9001
• Environment: ISO 14001
• Occupational Health & Safety: ISO 45001
• Information Security: ISO/IEC 27001
• Business Continuity: ISO 22301
• Food Safety: ISO 22000
• Testing & Calibration: ISO/IEC 17025
• Energy Management: ISO 50001
• AI Management: ISO 42001
• IT Service Management: ISO 20000
• Sustainable Procurement: ISO 20400
Additionally, we support integrated systems and multi-site/supplier coverage.
Do you support multi-site and supplier/outsourcing operations?
Yes — we design controls for multi-site operations and supplier/outsourcing oversight (such as clause 8.4 in ISO 9001).
5. Audits & Evidence
What does “audit-ready” mean?
It means defined and implemented processes, trained personnel, controlled documents and records, evidence of monitoring and management review, and corrective actions that are closed out and tracked.
Do you conduct internal audits?
Yes — we can either perform internal audits for you or coach your internal-audit team. We provide checklists aligned to your risks and objectives and help you run effective internal audits.
What changes with ISO 9001 : 2026?
Key changes include: stronger emphasis on leadership and organisational culture; clearer distinction between risks and opportunities; explicit requirement to evaluate climate-relevance in context and stakeholder analysis; and extended Annex guidance to keep systems lean. We integrate these updates into your planning and documentation now.
6. After Certification
Do you support surveillance audits and ongoing maintenance?
Yes — we offer quarterly or semi-annual health-checks, corrective-action follow-up, refresher courses and change-management support to help your system continuously improve.
How do you help us move from compliance to improvement?
We monitor trends, benefits and lessons-learned in your management review so that you can prioritise continual improvement with measurable outcomes rather than simply maintain certification.
7. Quality, Confidentiality & Compliance
How do you protect our information?
We operate under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), use secure document repositories and apply “need-to-know” access principles. For highly sensitive work, we align our practices with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
Which certification bodies do you work with?
We coordinate with reputable, accredited certification bodies (e.g., UKAS/IAS-accredited and equivalent GCC-regional schemes). However, the final selection is always yours.
8. Practicalities
On-site vs remote support — what’s possible?
Both options are available. We propose a blended approach to minimise disruption and maintain auditability across remote and onsite activities.
Do you support Arabic deliverables?
Yes — we provide bilingual (English/Arabic) templates, training materials and client briefings.
What if we already have existing documentation?
We keep what works and retire what doesn’t. Our goal is a system that your people actually use — not one they ignore.
What information do you need from us to supply a quote?
We’ll ask for head-count, number of sites, target standard(s), current certifications (if any), key processes and your desired timeline. A detailed info request will be emailed once you submit your inquiry.
How soon can we begin?
Typically within 2-3 business days from agreement. We then align the plan with your upcoming audit calendar to avoid operational peaks.
